About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Remote Client Outreach Caller based in Oklahoma to join our growing team. You’ll be the first voice many clinics and offices hear from BAC — introducing who we are, explaining what we do, and helping connect them to our sales team.

​

 

What You’ll Do

​– Make outbound calls to medical, dental, and other business offices to introduce BAC’s compliance programs
– Follow up with potential clients by phone or email
– Gather contact details, decision-maker information, and service needs
– Schedule meetings or follow-up calls for our sales team
– Track outreach activity and lead progress in our CRM
– Represent BAC with professionalism, friendliness, and reliability

Qualifications
– Must reside in the State of Oklahoma (remote role)
– Excellent communication and phone etiquette
– Self-starter, dependable, and organized
– Comfortable working independently toward clear goals

- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
