Lisa Puckett founded BayArea Compliance after 12+ years as a Healthcare Compliance Educator at Stericycle, where she saw firsthand how national chains overcharge and underserve healthcare practices. Her vision: redefine compliance from a regulatory burden into a strategic advantage.
With 20+ years in environment, health, safety, and sustainability, and a career serving 10,000+ facilities across 44 states, Lisa built the COMPLIANCE|360 and NETZERO|360 programs that put that experience to work. In 2025, she was named NRC Recycler of the Year by the National Recycling Coalition, selected from over 60 nominations.
