As the year winds down and teams pause to rest with their families, it feels right to take a moment to acknowledge what truly carried us through 2025, the work, the mission, and the people who choose to build with us.

Thanksgiving isn’t just a holiday for our team. It’s a checkpoint, a reminder that the impact we create in compliance, safety, and sustainability is only possible because of the trust placed in us by thousands of workers, managers, and organizations across the country.

This year at BayArea Compliance (BAC) and NETZERO360™ Sustainable Waste Solutions, we pushed harder than ever! We scaled regulated waste solutions across 43 states... and counting! We strengthened our programs that protect licenses, facilities, and the people inside them. We built circular systems that turn everyday lab and medical waste into long-life materials instead of liabilities. And we did it while keeping one North Star in place: protect people, protect the planet, and prove it daily.

None of this happens in isolation. It happens because our clients show up, our partners believe in innovation, and our team brings clarity, grit, and accountability to every single day.

So this Thanksgiving, we’re grateful for:
